1. How do I upgrade my subscription?

 

To upgrade your subscription simply select your preferred plan from the Brace paywall. If you wish to upgrade before your free trial is up, you can tap the upgrade icon from the app “Home” screen to view the different plan options available. All subscription fees are payable in advance and will auto-renew based on the plan selected.

2. What price will I be charged for renewal?

 

Your subscription fee renewal amount will be the same as your initial subscription fee, unless you are otherwise notified in advance. Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the start of the next monthly period, or at the subsequent 6 month or annual periods, as applicable based on your plan. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew until your plan is cancelled. 

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

 

You can cancel your subscription by following the relevant link in the account settings page in the Brace app, or by cancelling directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged. The cancellation of your subscription will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle at which point you will lose access to the Brace service. 

4. How do I turn off the auto-renew feature for my subscription?

 

To turn off auto-renew you need to cancel your subscription following the steps at “3. How do I cancel my subscription?”. Once you cancel, it will stop the subscription payment occuring at your next billing cycle, at which point you will lose your access to Brace.

5. I cancelled my subscription. How do I resubscribe?

 

To resubscribe simply purchase a new subscription at the end of your current billing cycle to regain access to Brace. If you choose to renew your subscription, your former account will be restored so that you maintain access to your original profile.

6. I want a refund. What can I do?

 

To be eligible for a refund you must meet the criteria as outlined in our Terms of Use. Having read this, if you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may email “refunds@bracesocial.com” within 14 days of your subscription purchase date for further details on the refund process.
